What are these people thinking?

As many of you know I have been playing heads up tournaments quite often. I just played got done playing a game which really left me scratching my head.


I had 5 - 3 suited about the 5th hand in. The flop was 67Q. I checked and he checked. Turn was a 4 giving me the straight. He bet about 30 chips and I raised to 60. He re-raised me 120 and I pushed him all in knowing the ONLY hand that could beat me at this point was 5-8. I was guessing he had trips or something. He calls the all in after a few seconds thinking about it. He has 6-A. LMAO. Why? why in the world would he think that hand was good enough to beat me?



This lead me to two other hands where I have been left scratching my head. . .

About the 3rd hand of a game. I am dealt KK and make a small 40 chip raise. They guy re-raises me to 100 and I came back over the top of him. He pushes me all in. . Flips over 7-2.

WHY?!


The third hand . .

JJ 1st hand of the game. Flop was 68J. I bet and the guy raises me like 200 chips into a 100 chip pot. I raised all in and he calls. . .K-8. WHY?

I love playing people like this, however sometimes it hurts my game. I start being really suspicious of any raises and make some calls that I probably shouldn't and wouldn't if it weren't for some of these guys' plays from earlier.

I played a hand at uerobet that was equally as funny. It was no limit and everybody had about 80 dollars in chips. The villian was known to raise with nothing. I raised preflop with A/k and he called evrybody else folded. Flop came all rags...something like 2/5/8/4/Q..on the flop and the floowing streets he was betting and i was waiting to hit a card for top pair. He bet like 15 on the turn and river...something told me he had nothing....was i ever right..he had nothing and i had ace high king kicker. He mucked his hand..then he says in chat...i had a better kicker...lol...that was funny. On the river, I was pot committed and didn't care...apparently either did he. I think that's a very bad way to bet but hey i won. Also, on street legal poker...there are these nuts who go all in with Q/8,,,i got 25 free bucks at one time and moved that up to 270. KK vs Q/8...works for me
